Contract Agreement:	Contract Agreement is as follows: In the event of a breakdown, no refund will be made. Instead, management will provide an alternate date with replacement services or replaced with limo equal or higher value day of service (add in travel to location). Any damages caused by customer(s) and/or party are completely liable. There will be no alcoholic beverages permitted to person(s) under the age of 21 (NY State Law). There will be an additional charge (minimum $200) if management is required to clean up for any sickness, etc. There is “NO SMOKING” in any of the automobiles. Settembre's Limousine is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property (i.e. cameras, flowers, purses, wedding gowns/dresses, tuxedos, jewelry, etc.). All antique cars, stretch limousines, town cars, vans or buses will not be allowed to run in severe snowstorms or hazardous conditions. All deposits for any service are non-refundable.
